Denna upphandling avser upprättande av ramavtal för investeringsprojekt med en kontraktssumma upp till 20 MSEK på en spänningsnivå mellan 0,4 kV – 24 kV inom Ellevios nätområden.  

Ramavtalen kommer att gälla 2023-01-01 t.o.m 2027-12-31 med option för Beställaren att förlänga avtalen upp till 3 år. Avtalet kommer innefatta garantivolymer. Detaljer kring garantivolymer kommer framgå av förfrågningsunderlaget.

Tekniskt sett omfattar investeringsprojekten bland annat, men ej begränsat till: kabelförläggning, installation av nätstationer, byggnation av luftledningar.

Arbeten kan komma att beställas som utförandeentreprenad eller totalentreprenad, varpå det även krävs att anbudsgivaren även förfogar över projekteringskompetens.

Ellevios nätområde delas in i fyra olika geografiska områden, bestående av ett antal koncessionsområden, se bifogad karta för områdesindelning. Se ytterligare underlag i E-avrop.
