Framework to provide of Complex Packages of Care for Children within the Lancashire area. The Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) wish to establish an open framework for the delivery of nursing healthcare as part of a complex packages of care for children and young people across the Lancashire area. Direct nursing/healthcare for individual children with multiple/complex needs will be provided by organisations that are part of this overarching provider framework. The nursing/healthcare provided is expected to be provided by a team of qualified and unqualified staff that have specific skills and training in the delivery of nursing care to children with multiple/complex health care needs, and who can support parents and families in the community setting in the delivery of their child's needs. This Open procurement exercise is intended to establish an open framework with multiple operators.
