Description of renewals:

Die reguläre Laufzeit der Rahmenvereinbarung beträgt 48 Monate. Im Falle der Verzögerung der Folgebeschaffung kann die Rahmenvereinbarung um ein Jahr (12 Monate) verlängert werden. Die Maximallaufzeit von 5 Jahren übersteigt die grundsätzliche Höchstlaufzeit von 4 Jahren gem. § 21 Abs. 6 VgV. Allerdings liegt ein begründeter Sonderfall gem. § 21 Abs. 6 VgV vor: Vorliegend kann die Übermittlung der Informationen ohne die fortlaufende Zertifizierung durch die PKI nicht erfolgen, so dass im Falle einer Verzögerung der Folgebeschaffung die Zertifizierung zwingend sichergestellt werden muss.
