Acquisto di apparecchiature/arredi per l’allestimento delle nuova area destinata alla centrale di sterilizzazione del PO di Feltre.

Oltre all'acquisto di apparecchiature e arredi l'appalto comprende ulteriori prestazioni: eventuali opere di adeguamento edile/impiantistico necessarie per l’installazione dei beni, allacciamenti agli impianti, messa in funzione (comprese convalide QI/QO/PQ), collaudi e certificazioni (compresa pratica INAIL), formazione/affiancamento, asseverazione antincendio, garanzia minima di 24 mesi (servizio assistenza tecnica full risk), fornitura quinquennale materiale di consumo dedicato alla sterilizzatrice a perossido di idrogeno inclusa fra le dotazioni richieste.

Fornitura di apparecchiature/arredi per l’allestimento delle nuova area destinata alla centrale di sterilizzazione del PO di Feltre e delle seguenti attività: eventuali opere di adeguamento edile/impiantistico necessarie per l’installazione dei beni, allacciamenti agli impianti, messa in funzione (comprese convalide QI/QO/PQ), collaudi e certificazioni (compresa pratica INAIL), formazione/affiancamento, asseverazione antincendio, garanzia minima di 24 mesi full risk, fornitura quinquennale materiale di consumo dedicato alla sterilizzatrice a perossido di idrogeno inclusa fra le dotazioni richieste.

Nel corso del triennio 2021-2023 l'ULSS 1 potrà esercitare le seguenti opzioni:

— fornitura di n. 1 ulteriore sterilizzatrice a perossido di idrogeno per la centrale di sterilizzazione del presidio ospedaliero di Belluno,

— fornitura di accessori ai beni/apparecchiature fornite e/o dotazioni a completamento per un valore massimo pari al 15 % della base d'asta.

Il valore complessivo di tali opzioni è quantificato in 238 000,00 EUR oltre IVA.
