Responses to this pre-qualification questionnaire will be used to select contractors to receive invitations to tender. The PQQ will allow a maximum of 8 contractors to progress to the first stage of a 2 stage procurement processes. The first stage will involve the issue of Stage 3 Design Information by ABP to allow a NRM level 2 cost plan and design/procure/construct programme to be developed. In addition, each tenderer will be required to submit overhead and profit % and detailed prelim costs, including a pre-construction fee working towards contract award. All bidders invited to tender may be required to attend a panel interview. All the above will be used to down select to a maximum of 3 No contractors for the second stage.

The scoring criteria for this first stage and the contractors proposals submission for stage 2 will be submitted to the successful PQQ bidders in-line with the published procurement timeline table in the PQQ documentation.

The max of 3 successful tenderers will work with ABP and the design team to provide a contract sum for the project, with Stage 4 information issued throughout the second stage of tendering.
