The Welsh Government, on behalf of Welsh Ministers (the Client), and Welsh Government Sponsored Bodies (WGSBs) currently commission a variety of large-scale surveys of individuals in Wales. We are looking at integrating a number of these surveys into a single survey of around 12 000 people a year to begin in 2016-17 and run to around 2020-21.
We are now working on the survey design and are looking for research companies to provide input in developing the new survey by responding to a short set of questions on the design and methodology. Further clarification of responses may be sought where necessary. Participation in this work is voluntary. Payment is not offered for respondents' time or associated costs.
The purpose of this exercise is to help us devise the clearest specification which will deliver the best value for money terms of quality of the outputs.
In order to ensure that the future tender process is fair, open and transparent, any information you provide at this stage will not be used in any further stage of evaluation. The Client reserves the right to use any feedback provided in shaping future tender documents.
