The objective is to establish a 2-year framework contract with an experienced contractor that can support EMSA with code correction, evolutive maintenance, IT Helpdesk, and upgrades relating to the COD and CLD applications, supporting SSN Central System operational services to MS.

The place of performance of the tasks shall be the contractor premises. VPN access could be provided to EMSA infrastructure and the test environments, based on the signature of conditions of use.

Following the signature of the framework contract (IT), EMSA intends to contract specific activities by issuing individual Requests for services (RFS) in accordance with the terms and provisions of the FWC (IT).
