Homes England intends to re-procure our Help to Buy Agents (HTBAs) contract. This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is not a call to competition. The aims of this PIN are to:

— alert potential suppliers to the forthcoming opportunity which will be advertised by the publication of a contract notice in the OJEU and Contracts Finder,

— invite potential suppliers to participate in a market testing exercise to assist Homes England in the design of the procurement.

Interested parties are invited to complete the questionnaire by the date specified at IV.2.2.
