Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Im Zuge der Erstellung ELT-Zentrale 2. UG LR-Halle im Jahr 2015 wurden die Ankerlöcher der Stahlbetonwände nicht fachgerecht verschlossen. Diese Restleistung war von Firma innovo zu erbringen, da nur mit einem Verschließen der Ankerlöcher die geforderte Brandschutzqualität (F-90) erreicht werden kann. Über den Bereich der ELT-Zentrale hinaus sind weitere Ankerlöcher in Bestandsstahlbetonwänden fachgerecht zu verschließen. Dies betrifft Wände, die gem. Planangaben F90-Qualität aufweisen müssen. Die Pos. im Haupt-LV beziehen sich auf Ankerlöcher in neuen Stahlbetonwänden. Die Zulage lässt sich damit begründen, dass bei einer fachgerechten Ausführung bei einem nachträglichen Verschließen der Ankerlöcher die Bestandslöcher zunächst auszubohren und dann zusätzlich zu Verfüllen sind. Während der laufenden Bauarbeiten im 1. UG Südtrakt wurde festgestellt, dass an den Stützen zudem eine Betonsanierung durchzuführen ist.
