Consultancy Services to Design, Organise and Deliver Scaling Impact Executive Programmes, Webinars and Pitching Trainings for the Sit Alumni
Consultancy services to support the scaling up of the EIB Institute flagship initiative: the Social Innovation Tournament (SIT), through: — the design, organization and delivery of a SIT scaling impact executive programme,
— the design, development and delivery of webinars for the SIT alumni network,
— the design, development and delivery of pitching training for Impact ventures fair (IVF).
Any EU location(s) in line with the successful tenderer’s proposals in response to assignments under the framework agreement
The EU Bank is seeking a service provider with experience of working in an EU environment in the development, in English, of customised training. The threefold objective of the procurement is described below:
A. Design, organise and deliver a SIT scaling impact executive programme:
— design, organisation and delivery of a yearly SIT scaling impact executive programme. The events will take place in 2020, 2021 and 2022.
B. Design/develop and deliver webinars for the SIT alumni network:
— development of webinar courses for the SIT alumni network. The webinars can be in the form of a presentation, discussion, demonstration, or instruction session,
— delivery of approximately 24 webinar courses over the duration of the framework agreement, with an approximate duration of 1 hour per webinar, to the SIT alumni network members, and other participants to be decided in agreement with the institute.
C. Design/develop and deliver pitching training for Impact ventures fair (IVF)
— design and deliver pitching training (not to be confused with, and separate from, the pitching techniques module included in the scaling impact executive programme) for all (12 maximum) participants in the Impact ventures fair (described in Section 1 C. of Annex A Technical Specifications). The pitching training will include a session (minimum duration of one half-day) attended by all the participants and at least 2 hours of on-line training per participant. This training should occur at any time between the SIT scaling impact executive programme and the Impact ventures fair.
The framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 1 year with effect from the date on which it enters into force. It may be tacitly renewed for 3 successive periods of 1 year, up to a maximum of 4 years in total.

Tender will be opened in a non-public procedure. Upon written request to the EIB (see Section I.1), the written record of the opening of tenders will be provided to economic operators who submitted a tender.
