Specific objective 1: to improve the capacity of the Gender Equality Index to capture changes in the domain of Time in a more conceptually sound, coherent and regular way.
Specific objective 2: to support the monitoring of the EU Gender Equality Strategy 2020-2025, in particular in its priority area on closing the gender care gap.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
The main objective of this procedure is to select the best proposal for the study to support the conceptual revision of the Time domain of the Gender Equality Index and to collect EU-wide data on gender gaps in unpaid care, individual and social activities.
This study will be based on mixed-methods research, adopt gender and intersectional perspective and shall conduct the following activities:
— development of conceptual and measurement framework to estimate gender gaps in unpaid care, individual and social activities,
— stakeholder consultations to discuss and validate the conceptual framework and survey questionnaire to estimate gender gaps in unpaid care, individual and social activities,
— implementation of online panel survey to collect EU-wide data gender gaps in unpaid care, individual and social activities,
— analysis of survey data and reporting of results.
