Provision of support services in relation to running and organising 1-day youth forums at the regional parliaments of the German federal states.
The European Parliament Information Office in Germany organises events to give German MEPs and school students the opportunity to openly discuss topical European Union issues.
The youth forums are aimed at informing school students throughout Germany (from the 10th grade upwards) of the work and responsibilities of the European Union and European Parliament. Through active cooperation, the students will learn how laws are made and which steps are necessary before a law can be passed. The youth forums will be run together with the relevant regional parliament and hosted on its premises.
The contract involves devising, organising and running the youth forums in cooperation with the regional parliaments. This will include acquiring the necessary space, issuing invitations, providing technical equipment and catering, and supervising the event on site.

2. The contract will be renewed by tacit agreement for 1-year periods up to a maximum duration of 4 years from the entry into force of the contract.
