In de gewenste situatie wordt er één ondernemer gecontracteerd waar bestellingen geplaatst worden welke vervolgens binnen de afgesproken levertijd wordt geleverd op de overeengekomen locatie. Hierbij zijn de volgende aspecten van belang:

1. het is van belang dat de bestelling gedaan wordt door middel van een scanner zodat de Voorraad up-to-date blijft;

2. de aanbestedende dienst vindt het belangrijk dat orders via het gebruikte systeem Ultimo.

Geplaatst kunnen worden onder een bepaald project (job) zodat gebruikte voorwerpen project-specifiek geboekt kunnen worden.
