Print Management Services
Crown commercial service, as the authority, intends to put in place an agreement for the provision of print management services for use by Central Government and UK public sector bodies.
The agreement shall include print products and all associated services to provide an end to end print management service.
The scope shall include for all types of print such as operational, transactional, and secure print, and the associated services such as direct mail, storage, fulfilment and distribution, digital asset management, digital solutions, pre-production services, media duplication and official papers.
The lotting structure of this agreement will be determined as a result of the market engagement, and will be confirmed within the contract notice as will the estimated value of the agreement.
Agreement suppliers will be required to provide the full end to end service.

This prior information notice is to signal an intention to commence market engagement with those within the print sector market.
Crown commercial service intends to hold market engagement sessions on 24th and 25.9.2019 with suppliers interested in potentially bidding for the resulting framework contract.
The purpose of the sessions is engage with potential suppliers and to seek feedback to help shape CCS approach to market.
If you are interested in participating in market engagement session/s please express your interest by emailing:
CCSprintteam@crowncommercial.gov.uk no later than midday on 30.8.2019.
Ensure that the subject in the email states the following ‘RM6170 Print management expression of interest (name of your organisation)’.
Further details will be provided following your expression of interest submission.
Your expression of interest must include the following details:
1) Organisation name;
2) Contact name;
3) Job title of contact (including responsibility within your organisation);
4) Contact phone number;
5) Contact email;
6) Organisation website link;
7) Types of service offerings/models to accommodate your current customers requirements;
8) Options on the commercial models offered;
9) Practical approaches to leveraging social value throughout the supply chain (including social, environmental and economic benefits).
