Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Im Zuge des Vorhabens ABS Hannover-Berlin werden in der Baustufe 1 im PFA 3.5 in Vorbereitung auf die Arbeiten in den PFA 4.1 genehmigungsfreie Arbeiten nach § 18 AEG in der LST-Technik erforderlich. Für diese technischen Planungsteile zwischen Bahn-km 182,3 und km 183,315 (Strecke 6185) erfolgte die Erarbeitung einer Screening-Unterlage, eines Artenschutz- Fachbeitrags sowie der Textbeiträge zum Erläuterungsbericht zur Einreichung beim EBA im März 2021 sowie nach Abstimmung mit dem EBA bezüglich der Genehmigungsfreiheit des AFB im Juni 2021 zur Einreichung bei der UNB.
