Europol wishes to take up:
— contents insurance services for Europol’s assets,
— glass insurance for the external and internal glass of the Europol Headquarters,
— decontamination insurance for Europol Headquarters.
In addition, Europol may decide to take up other (optional) insurance. The contract shall also include all activities relating to the management of the insurance contract.
The Hague, Netherlands.
The contract is concluded for a period of one (1) year with effect from the date of its entry into force. The contract will be automatically renewed up to three (3) times for a maximum period of one (1) year each, unless written notification to the contrary is sent by one of the parties at least three (3) calendar months in advance before the expiry of the contract.

Section IV: Procedure
Europol Headquarters, Eisenhowerlaan 73 or Europol Satellite Building, Jan Willem Frisolaan 13. The Hague. In light of the Covid-19 situation, Europol may decide to (i) postpone the opening session (taking into account the validity of the offers) and/or (ii) organise an opening session via a video conference ensuring that the representatives of the tenderers have been identified and notified.
Maximum 1 representative per tenderer. For security reasons, tenderers must register within the given deadline (please see the Invitation to Tender and tender specifications) to be allowed to attend the opening session.
Section VI: Complementary information
In case of unavailability or disruptions in the functioning of the electronic means of communication provided in section I.3) in the last 5 calendar days before the time limit for receipt indicated in section IV.2.2), the contracting authority reserves the right to extend this time limit and publish the extension at the internet address provided in section I.3), without a preceding publication of a corrigendum to this notice. Economic operators interested in this procurement are invited to subscribe to the call for tenders at the address in section I.3) in order to get notified when new information or documents are published.
Within 2 months of the notification to the plaintiff, or, in absence thereof, of the day on which it came to the knowledge. A complaint to the European Ombudsman does not have as an effect either to suspend this period or to open a new period for lodging appeals.
