Während den Aushubarbeit für den Abwasserkanal werden bisher nicht erfasst 2 Stahlrohre parallel mitten in der Baugrube Schillerstraße gefunden. Diese verhindert das Freilegen des Abwasserkanals. Die gefundenen Rohre waren außer Betrieb. Auf Basis die Empfehlung und Freigabe von Netz BW werden diese 2 Stahlrohre herausgetrennt.

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Bei den Leistungen handelt es sich um zusätzliche Leistungen, welche nötig sind, um das Freilegen des Abwasserkanals, für das Projekt. Eine Vergabe an einen weiteren/anderen AN ist nicht zweckmäßig, da ein unmittelbarer Zusammenhang mit der von ANBau zu erbringenden Leistung besteht. Eine wirtschaftliche Ausführung der Leistung kommt nur durch den ANBau in Betracht.
