Solution A (Lot 1) will cover domestic and international travel and venue find booked from UK and overseas points of sale — appointed to 1 supplier.
Solution B (Lot 2) will cover domestic and international travel and venue find booked from UK point of sale only — appointed to 2 suppliers.
Domestic and International Travel and Venue Find Booked from UK and Overseas Points of Sale
Services required from at least 50 overseas locations where a local booking solution is required.
A global travel and venue find booking solution for customers that have significant travel booked outside the UK and require servicing from international points of sale.
Domestic and International Travel and Venue Find Booked from UK Points of Sale
A travel and venue find solution for customers that have negligible point to point travel outside the UK and do not require servicing from international points of sale.

Crown Commercial Service invites suggestions and feedback on the proposed solution structure from the market including industry experts, specialists and suppliers.

Please note that, to register, you must have a valid DUNS number (as provided by Dun and Bradstreet) for the organisation which you are registering, who will be entering into a contract if invited to do so.

Please be advised that in preparation to participate in this competition for this commercial agreement that:
The cyber essentials scheme is mandatory for central government contracts which involve handling personal information and providing certain ICT products and services. The Government is taking steps to further reduce the levels of cyber security risk in its supply chain through the cyber essentials scheme. The scheme defines a set of controls which, when properly implemented, will provide organisations with basic protection from the most prevalent forms of threat coming from the internet.
To participate in the procurement for Solution A, bidders will be required at a minimum to demonstrate that they comply with the technical requirements prescribed by cyber essentials plus for the services under and in connection with the procurement.
To participate in the procurement for Solution B, bidders will be required to demonstrate that they comply with the technical requirements prescribed by cyber essentials for the services under and in connection with the procurement.
The bidder may be awarded a framework contract but shall not enter into any call-off contracts with buyers until they are able to demonstrate to CCS that they meet the technical requirements prescribed by the cyber essentials or cyber essentials plus scheme for services under and in connection with this procurement.
The service that arise from this framework will involve the supplier holding material that has been assigned a protective marking under the Government security classifications scheme (April 2014) of official. It will be a condition of this contract that this material must be protected. Baseline protection controls are defined in ISO27001:2013 and further defined by the security policy framework https://www.gov.uk/government/collections/government-security
