Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:
Die Leistung Notdach wurde zusätzlich erforderlich, da bei der Untersuchung Betonschäden festgestellt wurden, die einen Abbruch der mittleren Tiefsicke erforderten. Die Innenarbeiten waren bereits angelaufen, zudem war der Keller gegen Nässe zu schützen. Gleiches gilt für die angeordneten Sanierungsmaßnahmen mit PCC Mörteln, die gegen Regen zu schützen waren. Die Sanierungsmaßnahmen in dem schwer zugänglichen Bereich erfordern zudem eine Zulage, da Transport und Zuwegung zu den Tiefsicken schwer zugänglich sind.
