The contract is the object of a joint procurement.

Analyses by an approved laboratory
This framework contract consists of implementing services related to samplings, readings, measurements and analyses of substances, gases or products, to be carried out by a laboratory that is approved in the country of establishment. It also includes specific services on a cost-plus basis (sampling technician, laboratory technician, or specialist).

Criterion : legal authorisation.
The tenderer must have the approval of the Federal Public Service (Service Public Fédéral - SPF), Employment, work and social dialogue; for group 2: fibres, and for group 6: identification of asbestos in materials, as required by the legislation of the Belgian federal state.

Tenderers established outside the Belgian territory must be in possession of authorisations in their country of establishment equivalent to those mentioned above.
In the event that the candidate has not been approved for any of the categories, they may resort to a subcontractor. In such case, they must provide proof of the subcontractor’s authorisation.
