Section VII: Modifications to the contract/concession
Legal base: Article 114a.3.(a) of Regulation (EU, Euratom) 2015/1929 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 28.10.2015.
Contract 10559 already manages all the data necessary for the management of the eCommerce back-office solution such as customer and publications databases; having this service managed under another contract would lead to the duplication of the required data, would be a hindrance to its proper updating and would generate other significant complications resulting in significantly higher costs and lower usability and reliability.
