Project to extend and modernise the Konrad Adenauer Building in Luxembourg — lot 55 (lot for interior work).
The project to extend and modernise the Konrad Adenauer Building in Luxembourg involves constructing the extension to an administrative building over approximately 190 000 m2 and, pending a decision to be taken at a later stage, renovating an existing administrative building of 65 000 m2. This administrative complex will then accommodate all European Parliament departments working in Luxembourg.
This contract covers the following lot:
— lot 55 'Removable partitioning — doors'.
The lot is indivisible.

T1 Removable partitioning systems.
Please refer to Annex 5 to the contract's specifications (general schedule) for details regarding the duration of the works in the lot concerned. The actual duration of the works (23 months) is spread over the 48-month period according to the general schedule.
The duration of 48 months is an estimation.
Section III: Legal, economic, financial and technical information
see point 13.1 of the specifications.
The contract will be entered into between the successful tenderer and the real estate company SI KAD PE, set up by the European Parliament in order to ensure the financing of the project construction. This company will ensure the payment of invoices.

Performance bond: 5 % of the total price of the works (see Article I.6 of the draft contract).

Point IV.2.2 of this notice 'Time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate' is to be understood as follows: 'Deadline for submission of tenders or requests to participate', as defined in point 4 of the invitation to tender.

Price: 250 EUR.
Terms and method of payment: some of the documents can be accessed freely on the eTendering platform stated in point I.3 (after registration on the platform):

There is a fixed, indivisible price of 250 EUR for obtaining the full dossier.
Interested operators must make themselves known by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) with a letter of confirmation sent to the contracting authority (see point I.3 of this notice).
They shall state in this correspondence their precise contact details, VAT number and reference to the lot(s) concerned. The correspondence shall also contain the following: 'I, the undersigned, ..... representing the company ..... hereby request the dossier for invitation to tender INLO-D-UPIL-T-16-AO8. The company ..... will only use the plans for the specific purpose for which they were issued by the European Parliament, i.e. participation in procurement procedure No INLO-D-UPIL-T-16-AO8, without any distribution whatsoever. At the end of this procedure, the plans will be destroyed without any copies being made.'
At the same time, they shall transfer the amount to the following account opened in the name of SI KAD PE at BGL BNP Paribas:

They will receive an e-mail acknowledging receipt of their request and the aforementioned amount, as well as an invoice.
