The project to extend and modernise the Konrad Adenauer Building in Luxembourg involves constructing the extension to an administrative building over approximately 190 000 m2 and, pending a decision to be taken at a later stage, renovating an existing administrative building of 65 000 m2. This administrative complex will then accommodate all European Parliament departments working in Luxembourg.

This contract covers the following lot:

Please refer to Annex 5 to the contract's specifications (general schedule) for details regarding the duration of the works in the lot concerned. The actual duration of the works (23 months) is spread over the 48-month period according to the general schedule.
