Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Zusätzliche Leistungen:Schließen der noch offenen bzw. nicht fertig gestellten Hohlraumboden-Bereiche sowie nachträglicher Einbau erforderlicher Brandschotts.Die Leistung war bisher so nicht vorgesehen und somit auch nicht ausgeschrieben. Aber im Zuge der Projektbearbeitung nun erforderlich geworden.Die Leistungen waren nicht im Auftrags-LV enthalten, ein Wechsel des AN kann aus technischen Gründen nicht erfolgen.
