Turun Tunnin Juna Oy (jäljempänä myös ”Tilaaja” ja ”hankintayksikkö”) pyytää tarjouksia täydentävistä kallionäyte- ja porakonetutkimuksista, jotka liittyvät Espoo-Salo-oikoradan ratasuunnitelman tunneliosuuksiin.

Hankinnan kohde on kuvattu tarkemmin hankinta-asiakirjoissa.

Tässä hankinnassa on käytössä sähköinen tarjousympäristö. Tarjoajan tulee rekisteröityä järjestelmään ensin osoitteessa:

Menettelynä on nopeutettu avoin menettely, koska hankinnalla on erityinen kiire. Hankintayksikkö ei ole voinut kilpailuttaa tätä hankintaa ennen tiettyjen kriittisten sopimusten solmimista ja näiden sopimusten solmimisen osalta tuli odottamattomia viivästyksiä. Ratasuunnitelman laadinta rakentuu aiempien suoritettujen tutkimusten päälle, eikä tarkoituksenmukaisia jatkotoimenpiteitä voida tehdä, mikäli pohjatyössä on puutteita. Näin ollen hankintayksikön tulee saada tämän hankinnan kohde suoritetuksi kiireellisesti, jotta hankintayksikkö voi edistää ratasuunnitelman laadintaa suunnitellussa aikataulussa.
