Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Ursprünglich sollte die Förderanlage mit dem Hochbau im Rahmen einer GU Ausschreibung für das Interimseingangsgebäude ausgeschrieben werden. Um weitere Schnittstellen zwischen Anlagenbetrieb und sicherheitstechnischen Anlagen (z. B. BMA) und mehrere lnstandhaltungsunternehmer zu vermeiden wurde auf Empfehlung des Fachplaners vom Bauherrn zugestimmt, dass der AN Fördertechnik RA1 auch die Anlage im Interimseingangsgebäude errichten muss. Ein weiterer wichtiger Punkt ist die Sicherstellung und Abnahmefähigkeit der Anlage trotz einer Unterfahrtshöhe von knapp über 80 cm.
