The authority are seeking to appoint an accredited chartered surveying firm to provide estate management professional services support. The service provider shall deliver a professional service for a range of commercial building’s including rent reviews, lease renewals, letting, general estate management advice and full estate management on behalf of the Council.

The appointed firm will be contracted to provide the services detailed for a period of 48 months (contract length will be 36 months with an optional extension of 12 months).
