United Kingdom: Primarily East of England, Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire, with potential for future work in neighbouring counties.

The Framework Agreement will govern the letting of the contracts for the works. Sub-ordinate contracts may be let throughout the life of the Framework Agreement, including during the final year and may last beyond the life of the Framework Agreement.
Contractors are required to actively participate in the achievement of social and environmental objectives.
