— Freistehende Vorsatzschalen, Einbaubereich 2, Höhe bis 8 m, raumseitig an den gedämmten Außenwänden angeordnet, in Teilbereichen an Innenwänden, mit Gliederung durch Fensteröffnungen, mit hohem Installationsanteil und gelochten Teilbereichen, ca. 3 600 m2,

— Fenster- bzw. Türöffnungen in den Vorsatzschalen, mit Leibungsbekleidungen in unterschiedlichen Größen, an Fenstern mit integrierten Schächten für bauseitigen Blendschutz ca.150 Stück

— Nischen für Feuerlöschkästen mit rahmenloser individuell gefertigter Revisionstüren ca. 30 Stück.

Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire (Art. 43(1)(b) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(b) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(b) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Aufgrund von Planänderungen mussten die F90 Portale zum Schacht Nr.5 T13b im EG, 1. OG & 2. OG WT Achse SB4-SBH rückgebaut werden und nach aktuellem Planungsstand erneut montiert werden. Das Portal im 3. OG zum Schacht Nr. 5 musste unter Berücksichtigung von Brandschutzbedingungen montiert werden. Es handelt sich hierbei um Anpassungen von Kleinflächen, die in die Gesamtleistung eingearbeitet werden müssen und welche einen erhöhten Zeiteinsatz zur Folge haben. Ebenso fallen zusätzliche Baustelleneinrichtungsarbeiten wie Materialtransport, Gerüstarbeiten sowie Beräumungen an.
