Home Group is seeking to recruit suitably qualified and experienced construction partners for new build housing works. Contractors are sought who have experience of new build projects. Home Group will reserve the right to externally benchmark the framework. It is intended that the framework awards will be on a rotation basis with future awards dependent upon performance measured against KPI's. Home Group will reserve the right to re-enter the market place for large joint ventures or projects where a bespoke or specialist solution is required. Home Group (on behalf of itself and potentially other bodies listed in Section VI.3 — the ‘eligible bodies’) is seeking to set up this framework under which eligible bodies can procure construction works. The scope of projects may vary and will cover North-East England, North-West England, Yorkshire and Humber, London, South and South-East England, and Scotland.
