Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire (Art. 43(1)(b) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(b) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(b) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Auf Anforderung des Bauphysikers werden zusätzliche Auflagerklötze aus Foamglass als Unterlage für Porenbetonschwerter erforderlich um die thermische Trennung zu erreichen. Erforderliche Zulageposition für Brandschutzputz an Decken in Kleinflächen: Nach Abschluss der Trockenbauumfassung der Kerne wurde durch den Brandschutzgutachter die Forderung zum Verputzen der Decken für Elektro- und Vorräume mit Brandschutzputz erstellt. Die Flächen sind in Kleinflächen und unter erschwerten Bedingungen zu erstellen. Nachträglicher Wärmedämmputz in Fensterleibungen: Alle Fensterleibungen sind im Anschluss zum Trockenbau umlaufend mit Wärmedämmputz zu versehen. Zulage für nachträglichen lnnenputz: ln Abhängigkeit zu den Stahlbauabstützungen des Dachtragwerks in der LuR-Halle, die bis in das UG abgestützt wurden, konnten einige Wände erst später erstellt werden. Später erstellte Wände im UG müssen nachträglich verputzt werden.
