Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Die notwendigen Vorleistungen (Putzabbruch) zur Sanierung der Stützen, Unterzüge und Deckenfelder im 1. UG ST und SVB sind zusätzlich erforderlich. Während der laufenden Bauarbeiten im 1.UG Südtrakt wurde festgestellt, dass an Stützen, Unterzügen und Deckenfeldern eine Betonsanierung durchzuführen ist. Die Leistung war im LV nicht enthalten und ist zusätzlich erforderlich. Die Ausführung erfolgt zum größten Teil über Kopf bzw. seitlich an Unterzügen. Zudem sind unterschiedliche Putzstärken vorab nicht zu erkennen und der Abbruch vorsichtig auszuführen. 3 Lagen Putz sind abzubrechen, wobei die unterste Lage nur schwer zu entfernen ist.
