Supply of Uniforms for Security Officers and Receptionists for the Three Places of Work of the European Parliament (Brussels, Strasbourg and Luxembourg)
The subject of the contract is the purchase of uniforms, safety and dress shoes, outdoor clothing and accessories for security officers and receptionists at the European Parliament.
The estimated number of staff requiring service uniform per year is between 650 and 900. The items to be provided under this lot are suits and costumes, shirts and blouses, pullovers and cardigans, ties and scarfs.
The details of the allocation per staff member are set out in the technical specifications (see tender documents).
Safety Shoes and Items
The estimated number of staff requiring protective footwear per year is between 650 and 900. The items to be provided under this lot are safety shoes, tactical belts, and waterproof outfits.
The estimated number of staff requiring dress shoes per year is between 650 and 900. The items to be provided under this lot are male and female dress shoes.
The estimated number of staff requiring outdoor clothing is between 650 and 900. The items of this lot are parka jackets, fleece hats, gloves, scarfs, thermal gloves and classic caps.
The allocation of the parka jacket, thermal gloves and cap will be renewed every three years, while the other items in the allocation will be renewed once a year.
