The Project is for the provision of the delivery between 30 to 50 social housing units in East Belfast by means of design and build, where the participants provides the land, designs, constructs and completes the scheme for Fold in accordance with the DSD Housing Association Guide, Clients' Requirements and statutory body requirements.
To commence the construction of the units no later than March 2014 with an envisaged construction period of no more than 24 months.
The units can be delivered over a number of sites or on one site. In the interests of providing an efficient housing management service, any one site must not provide less than 17 units.

By virtue of a Contract Award Notice dated 1.5.2014 (ID: 2014-057426) the successful bidder was Kevin Watson Group. The Contract in respect of this notice will now be awarded containing contractual terms which have been altered in respect of the land purchase arrangements. Additionally, the contract now specifically delineates from the legal organisation within the successful bidder who will enter into the contract with the contracting authority. This has been brought about by events unforeseeable by the contracting authority.
