Provision of language courses for the EUIPO staff
Language training courses for the EUIPO staff.
The EUIPO wishes to conclude a maximum of two framework contracts in cascade to provide general language training for its staff at all levels (A1–C2) of the Common European Framework of Reference for its five working languages: English, Spanish, French, German and Italian, and occasionally for any other language based on need. Likewise, the EUIPO may request additional courses to reinforce the language courses. All the courses that are the object of this call for tenders will be for the EUIPO staff. Likewise, when the EUIPO deems it appropriate, the language courses may also be offered to the spouses of the EUIPO staff. Finally, the EUIPO may request that the contractor evaluate the language skills of the candidates in the EUIPO selection processes.

A maximum of two representatives per tenderer may attend the opening session. The tenderer must provide the full names and ID or passport numbers of the representatives before 30 September 2021 to the EUIPO by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Section VI: Complementary information
In the event of unavailability or disruptions in the functioning of the means of electronic communication provided in Section I.3) in the last 5 calendar days preceding the deadline for receipt indicated in Section IV.2.2), the contracting authority reserves the right to extend this deadline and to publish the extension at the internet address provided in Section I.3), without prior publication of a corrigendum to this notice. Economic operators interested in this tender are invited to register for the call for tenders at the address indicated in Section I.3) in order to be notified when new information or documents are published.
Within 2 months of the notification to the plaintiff, or, in the absence thereof, of the day on which it came to the knowledge of the plaintiff.
