Rental and purchase of equipment and provision of services in the field of audiovisual and remote interpretation’
Provision of audiovisual and interpretation technical resources necessary for the organisation of high-level protocol events.
Mainly Belgium (Brussels), but possibly any other country in the EU and outside of the EU as well.
The aim of the contract is to have recourse, through the choice of ‘a la carte’ services according to the needs of each event, to the rental of mobile interpretation booths, audiovisual equipment, audio and video signal recording and distribution equipment, as well as to the provision of related services for the purpose of deploying a local and/or remote interpretation solution, both within the SGC buildings located in the Schuman district (mainly Europa and Justus Lipsius buildings); and outside (in Belgium, in Europe, or all over the world).
The framework contract will also cover services that are not directly related to the organisation of an event: services of outsourced technicians or managers in the buildings of the SGC located in the Schuman district, purchase and rental of audio/video equipment, and storage and maintenance of owned equipment.

Section III: Legal, economic, financial and technical information
The contractor's staff operating the equipment during the events must be in possession of security clearance at the secret level. Upon the entry into force of the contract, the contractor must provide proof for the staff concerned, or proof of its application to the National Safety Authority.

The opening of offers may have to be rescheduled at short notice in case of unforeseen events taking place in or around the General Secretariat's premises on the planned date for the opening of offers.
Section VI: Complementary information
An appeal may be lodged with the General Court within two months of the notification to the plaintiff, or, in absence thereof, of the day on which it came to the knowledge of the plaintiff. A complaint made to the European Ombudsman neither suspends this period nor opens a new period for lodging appeals.
