Both tenders received for lot 20 failed to meet the minimum quality levels for award criteria (i.e. minimum of 70 points). As a result, the tenders were judged to be unacceptable and rejected. Subsequently, Eurofound decided to cancel the procedure. Please note that original contract notice related to this procedure contained 28 lots and evaluation process in relation to other lots is still ongoing.
A competitive procedure with negotiation without prior publication of a contract notice is planned to be used in order to ensure contract award for the Netherlands.
