• Objecten (civiel);

• Kunstwerken: vaste bruggen/viaducten, beweegbare bruggen en ecopassages;

• Aanlandinrichtingen veerhavens Texel en Den Helder;

• Elektrotechnische installaties: Openbare Verlichting (OV), voedingskasten, etc.

Tevens:

a. Schadeherstel en calamiteiten;

b. Het realiseren van Activiteiten alsook de raamactiviteiten (LVO) aan verhardingen en kunstwerken);

c. Het realiseren van geprogrammeerde activiteiten;

d. Het doen van investerings- en verbetervoorstellen voor het verbeteren van de beschikbaarheid en veiligheid van het te onderhouden areaal;

e. Het na acceptatie door de Opdrachtgever realiseren van de onder d bedoelde voorstellen; en

f. Schouw en inspecties.
