Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

a) Aufgrund der hohen Temperaturen während der Baumaßnahme, mussten für die Oberbauarbeiten zusätzliche Sperrpausen angemeldet werden, da zur Herstellung des lückenlosen Gleises der Einbau von Entlastungsstößen und Laschenverbindungen notwendig wurden. Die Begleitung dieser Sperrpausen ist zur Fertigstellung des Oberbaus zwingend notwendig.

c) Da die zusätzlichen Arbeiten am Oberbau erst während der Sperrpause (5 Tage) notwendig wurden, ist ein Wechsel des Auftragnehmers nicht möglich gewesen.
