Site preparation followed by the design and construction of 22 units of residential accommodation and approximately 533 m2 of B1 Commercial space. The scheme is in close proximity to the A12 and incorporates works directly adjacent to the Grade 2* listed Bromley Hall and the Grade 2 listed Poplar Library including limited works to both historic buildings.

Following expressions of Interest from which a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 6 tenderers will be selected, a 2 stage tender process will be followed. The successful Stage 1 tenderer will enter into a PCSA (pre-construction services agreement) to develop a Stage 2 tender with the intent on a main contract being placed for a full design and build contract under JCT 2016 with employer amendments.
