The scheme is in close proximity to the A12 and incorporates works directly adjacent to the Grade 2* listed Bromley Hall and the Grade 2 listed Poplar Library including limited works to both historic buildings.

Following expressions of Interest from which a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 6 tenderers will be selected, a 2 stage tender process will be followed. The successful Stage 1 tenderer will enter into a PCSA (pre-construction services agreement) to develop a Stage 2 tender with the intent on a main contract being placed for a full design and build contract under JCT 2016 with employer amendments.
