1. Erstellung dynamische Nachweise gem. TM 1-2019-10046I.NPF2 zu Ril 804 für die Vorzugsvariante der Vorplanung;

2. Erstellung zusätzlicher Bauablaufuntersuchungen zur Anpassung Bauablauf an die von der PD Zwickau vorgegebenen 3-monatigen Totalsperrung und zur Anpassung der Vorplanung an das Ergebnis der dynamischen Nachweise aus Pos. 1 (Brückenkonstruktion) sowie der Baugrunderkundungen (Tiefgründung statt Flachgründung);

3. Objektplanung Verkehrsanlage gemäß §47 i. V. m. Anlage 13 Lph. 4 HOAI.

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

b) Wechsel des AN ist aus wirtschaftlichen Gründen nicht möglich Zur Sicherstellung der geplanten Ausführungstermine ist ein Wechsel des AN nicht möglich. Der Synergieeffekt durch eine einheitliche Leistungsdurchführung und Leistungsbetreuung geht verloren.

d) Wechsel des AN ist mit erheblichen Schwierigkeiten oder Zusatzkosten verbunden Ein Wechsel des AN würde aufgrund der erforderlichen Einarbeitungszeit zur Verlängerung des Leistungszeitraums führen. Der Vergabetermin und letztlich Baubeginn werden gefährdet bzw. sind nicht sicherzustellen. Weiterhin würden honorarmindernde Faktoren und Synergieeffekte bei einer getrennten Vergabe wegfallen und somit beträchtliche Zusatzkosten entstehen.
