Dit is een aankondiging van Sociale en andere specifieke diensten.

Deze aanbesteding betreft beschermd wonen en begeleiding Plus Wmo 2015 voor de gemeenten Asten, Someren, Laarbeek, Gemert-Bakel, Deurne en Helmond. De gemeente Helmond is hierin de centrumgemeente. Deze aanbesteding wordt doorlopen middels de procedure van bestuurlijk aanbesteden (voor meer informatie zie het document „Proces van bestuurlijk aanbesteden”).

In december 2016 is het college van Helmond akkoord gegaan met de overeenkomst inzake Wet Maatschappelijke Ondersteuning 2015, beschermd wonen en begeleiding Plus. Dit betekent dat zorgaanbieders met ingang van 1.1.2017 deze overeenkomst kunnen ondertekenen.

De overeenkomst is bedoeld voor iedere aanbieder die op basis van Zorg In Natura haar diensten op het gebied van beschermd wonen en begeleiding Plus aan wil bieden aan cliënten die wonen binnen de gemeente Asten, Someren, Laarbeek, Gemert-Bakel, Deurne of Helmond.
