Negotiated procedure without prior publication
  • The works, supplies or services can be provided only by a particular economic operator for the following reason:
    • absence of competition for technical reasons
Explanation:

The ThermoFisher high resolution MC-ICP-MS is the only instrument on the current market that has the capacity of producing accuracy and reproducibility because of the virtual amplifier concept, stability as a result of water cooled magnet, analytical flexibility due to combination of zoom optic and the moveable collector array and, finally, the range of potential applications for elements in the intermediate mass range. Sensitivity as a result of the jet interface and 10 kV acceleration voltage. Safety because of the grounded ion source. No other supplier is offering a similar capacity considering the abovementioned aspects.
