NedTrain wishes to replace the existing door panels/leaves in the VIRMm-1 series rolling stock. NedTrain intends to conclude a framework agreement within a period of 2 to 3 months, with 1 supplier for a period of 5 years with the option to extend the agreement with 2 times 2 years. NedTrain will refurbish coaches of type VIRMm-1 used by our customer NS and intends to conclude an agreement with a supplier of door panels/leaves. A contract includes, but is not limited to, the manufacturing and delivery (incl. spare parts) of door panels/leaves in the VIRMm-1 series rolling stock. The project covers approximately 416 coaches which are used as 4-car and 6-car train sets. We refer to the selection document (Request for Information) for further details.
