NU/1524 Provision of Master Planning Design Team for CAV
The University is looking to appoint a masterplan design team to work with the Director of Estates and Facilities, the CAV project manager and the masterplan business development consultant to develop a strategic masterplan for the redevelopment of CAV (campus for ageing and vitality) site.
The scope of the work is to provide design services to the project.
The potential contract is 9 months plus 5 possible additional years (9 months + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1). The annual fee would be based upon the anticipated workload and determined utilising daily rates submitted at tender stage.

This authority will incorporate a minimum 10 calendar days standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. This period allows unsuccessful
Tenderers to seek further debriefing from the contracting authority before the contract is entered into. Applicants have 2 working days from notification of the award decision to request additional debriefing and that information has to be provided a minimum of 3 working days.
The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (SI 2015 No 102) provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland) within 30 days of knowledge or constructive knowledge of breach.
