De Aanbestedende dienst nodigt u hierbij uit om u in te schrijven voor de aanbesteding van een raamovereenkomst van 7 jaar voor het leveren van Sonar-en Navigatiesystemen met een minimale technische levensduur van 7 jaar. Dit is inclusief Sonar- en Navigatiesystemen die gedurende de looptijd door onherstelbare schade, normophogingen of defecten moeten worden vervangen of aangevuld, gebruikers- en onderhoudsopleidingen gericht op OLM, ILM en DLM onderhoud, bijbehorende reserveonderdelen, speciale gereedschappen en software updates. De Aanbestedende dienst schat in dat het gaat om 23 systemen met 2 opties voor in totaal 12 systemen.
Gedurende de technische levensduur moet het systeem onderhouden kunnen worden door de Aanbestedende dienst.
De gebruikte procedure is de niet openbare procedure uit de Aanbestedingswet op defensie- en veiligheidsgebied. De procedure verloopt volledig elektronisch via het aanbestedingsplatform Negometrix. Nadere informatie over het gebruik leest u hier.

De Aanbestedende dienst schat in dat gedurende de looptijd van de raamovereenkomst een hoeveelheid van 23 Sonar- en Navigatiesystemen incl software updates en toebehoren worden afgenomen. Tevens is de inschatting dat de benodigde reservedelen, gebruikers- en onderhoudsopleidingen en speciale gereedschappen gedurende de instandhouding van de systemen zullen worden afgenomen.

Description of these options: De Aanbestedende dienst behoudt zich het recht voor om een deel of het geheel van de volgende 2 opties te lichten:
Optie 1: 7 Sonar- en Navigatiesystemen incl software updates en toebehoren indien reeds aanwezige systemen binnen de Aanbestedende dienst aan vervanging toe zijn
Optie 2: 5 Sonar- en Navigatiesystemen incl software updates en toebehoren omdat er behoefte is aan deze systemen door andere krijgsmachtonderdelen.
Tevens behoudt de Aanbestedende dienst zich het recht voor om gedurende de looptijd van de raamovereenkomst Sonar- en Navigatiesystemen of onderdelen daarvan aan te schaffen, welke door onherstelbare schade, normophogingen of defecten moeten worden vervangen of aangevuld.
