The Council wishes to establish a contract for the provision of a bus operator to operate, manage, maintain and service a fleet of 20 hydrogen buses. The buses will be provided to the bus operator by the Council. The contract will last for up to 7 (seven) years with a break clause after year 3 (unless terminated under the terms and conditions of contract). The successful bus operator will be required to sign a services agreement with the Council.
