Necesidad de aplicar al expediente de contratación la tramitación de urgencia conforme a lo dispuesto en el artículo 119 de la LCSP. Se declara la urgencia de la tramitación del expediente, al concurrir razones de interés público que aconsejan acelerar su celebración con el fin de atender necesidades inaplazables relacionadas con la prevención de riesgos laborales y dotación de prendas de trabajo a determinados empleados públicos conforme a las exigencias legales en esta materia.
