The services to the Office/JRC consist of:

— Picking up shipments in Spain, mainly at the facilities of the Office at its Alicante headquarters and at the JRC facilities in Seville, as well as delivering them to any national/international destination indicated by the Office/JRC, including when customs clearance for export services are needed,

— Picking up shipments anywhere in the world indicated by the Office/JRC outside Spain, and delivering them to the facilities of the Office in Alicante/of the JRC in Seville or to another destination in Spain as needed by the Office/JRC, including when customs clearance for import services are needed,

— Picking up shipments anywhere in the world indicated by the Office/JRC outside Spain, and delivering them to international destinations outside Spain as needed by the Office/JRC, including when customs clearance services are needed.

The services to the staff of the Office/JRC will be: picking up and delivering shipments anywhere in the world, as specified by the user.
