Multifunctional Devices, Managed Print Software, Equipment and Associated Services
Crown Commercial Service (CCS) acting as the authority intends to put in place a pan public sector agreement for the provision of multifunctional devices, managed print software, equipment and associated services to be utilised by central government departments and all other UK public sector bodies, including local authorities, health, police, fire and rescue, education establishments (including schools, colleges and other educational establishments), charities and third sector and devolved administrations.
CCS will be partnering with YPO and ESPO to put this agreement in place.

Multifunctional devices, managed print software, equipment and associated services.
The framework will be broken down into individual lots which will be finalised once customer and supplier engagement activity is completed. However, an indication of the types of services that will be requires include, but are not limited to:
— entry level print management software (including consumables),
— multifunctional devices, print management and software services (including consumables),
— managed print and content management audit and consultancy services (including consumables),
— GovPrint a cloud based managed print solution supporting a Software as a Service (SaaS),
— printing equipment and print production equipment,
— audits and consultancy services.

Crown Commercial Service in conjunction with its partners YPO and ESPO intend to hold market engagement sessions during autumn 2019 with industry experts and suppliers interested in helping to shape the new agreement.
If you are interested in attending and supporting the market engagement sessions please express your interest by emailing RM6174MFD@crowncommercial.gov.uk no later than midday on 30.9.2019. Further details of the market engagement will only be provided to you directly once you have registered your organisation’s interest.

Please note that, to register, you must have a valid DUNS number (as provided by Dun and Bradstreet) for the organisation which you are registering, who will be entering into a contract if invited to do so.
