Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Zusätzliche Leistung:Bau einer Sonderkonstruktion im Form eines Kegelstumpfes angepasst an die Raketenspitze auslaufend zum Oberlicht.Einbau von Kleinöffnungen für bauseitige Einbauten.Die Leistung war bisher so nicht vorgesehen und somit auch nicht ausgeschrieben. Aber im Zuge der Projektbearbeitung nun erforderlich geworden.Die Leistungen waren nicht im Auftrags-LV enthalten, ein Wechsel des AN kann aus technischen Gründen nicht erfolgen.
